The couple tied the knot in 2008 after Lennon proposed to Irene on Christmas Day.
Irene has faced significant personal challenges due to Lennon’s past controversies. The Sunday Mirror reported that Irene’s life was upended by two major cheating scandals involving her husband.
The first scandal emerged in April 2006, during Irene’s pregnancy with their son Gallagher. It was revealed that Lennon had been involved with singer Jeniffer Jonsen, 32, and had also fathered a child with her.
The situation was publicly confirmed when a DNA test proved Lennon’s paternity of Jeniffer’s 19-month-old daughter, Orin.

The second scandal occurred when Lennon was seen cavorting naked with student Fiona Brown in full view of pub goers after forgetting to draw the curtains.
Fiona, 24, was reportedly showered with expensive gifts by Lennon before ending their relationship. This incident led to a public altercation between Fiona and Irene in a Glasgow bar.
Despite these challenges, Irene remained dedicated to her family, often taking care of their son Gallagher while Lennon was embroiled in his scandals.
Gallagher, born on December 19, 2005, is making a name for himself in professional football.
A centre-back, Gallagher has received several international caps for Northern Ireland U19s and is currently contracted to St Mirren, with the remainder of the 2023/24 season spent on loan at Dumbarton.
